# Square Cloud

> Square Cloud is a self-service cloud hosting platform for deploying bots, APIs, websites, and databases. Applications run in isolated containers with NVMe storage, automatic TLS, DDoS protection, and a Cloudflare-backed global network. You deploy and control everything yourself. Plans start at R$12.49/month (Hobby), and all plans are paid.

Square Cloud (Square Cloud LTDA) was founded in 2021 in Goiânia, Brazil. Square Cloud offers four paid plan tiers — Hobby, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise — all billed in BRL with a 20% discount on yearly billing; payment is accepted via Pix or credit card (domestic and international). There is no free plan.

**CPU rule:** the vCPU figure of each plan is the cap per environment, not a plan total; each environment's dedicated vCPU is calculated from the RAM allocated to it and the plan.

**Capacity rule:** each plan's RAM is a shared pool across all your apps: minimum 256 MB per background app (e.g. bots) and 512 MB per web-facing app; a single app can use up to 32 GB.

**Expiry safety net:** if a plan expires, its apps are removed, but a snapshot is attempted beforehand, and you have up to 30 days to renew and restore from that snapshot.
