This channel is dedicated to platform incidents, monitoring of the contracted environment, and priority escalation of infrastructure resources, with reduced response times.

The Enterprise priority response ensures fast handling of events on the contracted environment. It includes:

• Automated alerts on resource usage and availability;
• High availability with priority for incident handling;
• Reserved compute capacity with dedicated isolation;
• Automated audits for platform security.

Response is limited to the provisioned infrastructure layer, without any intervention in or modification of the customer’s application code.

On the Enterprise plan, the infrastructure keeps automatic snapshots on redundant storage, and Disaster Recovery stays in your hands: you restore what you need, when you need it, right from the dashboard.

• Automatic daily snapshots of databases and applications, with the most recent one kept for up to 30 days and older ones for 7;
• Redundant storage to protect data integrity;
• Self-service restore: you pick the snapshot and restore it from the dashboard.
