Each plan has a daily AI token limit, which resets at 00:00 (UTC), and a weekly one, which resets on Monday at 00:00 (UTC). Hobby includes 5 million tokens per day and 20 million per week, and the largest Enterprise plans go up to 100 million per day and 400 million per week.
Do the AI providers store my conversations?
No. The AI model providers behind Cubic work under zero data retention: they don't store your messages, audio or transcripts after generating the answer. Square Cloud's privacy policy describes how this data is handled.
Can I talk to Cubic before choosing a plan?
Yes, for questions. With a Square Cloud account and no active plan, Cubic answers questions about the platform, deploys and plans using Cubic Flash. Reading and acting on your applications, sending images and using voice come with any plan starting at Hobby.
Is Cubic available outside business hours?
Yes. Cubic answers 24 hours a day, every day, on the support page and in your dashboard.
Do I need my own AI API key or a separate subscription?
