How do I renew my plan?

To  renew your plan , access the  Square Cloud  dashboard and click the  “Renew”  button. The system will guide you step by step through the renewal process. After completing the payment, your plan will be  automatically reactivated , keeping your applications running.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

To  upgrade your plan , access the dashboard and click  “Upgrade” . The system will display the available options and guide you through the update process. After payment confirmation, the new plan will be activated  immediately , and the additional resources will be available for your applications. The amount charged depends on how much time is left on your current plan: with  14 days or more  remaining, you pay only the  prorated difference  and your  renewal date is preserved . With  less than 14 days  left, you purchase the new plan for its  full cycle , and the remaining time from your current plan is converted into extra days on the new plan.

How can I request a refund?

How do I obtain an API key?

To generate an  API key  on  Square Cloud , access the  dashboard  and go to the  Account  tab. Then click  “Request API key” . The system will automatically create a new unique key for your user. Keep this key safe, as it allows programmatic access to your account and applications.

How do I change my email?

For  security  reasons, it is not possible to change the email registered to a  Square Cloud  account. If you need to use a new email, create a  new account  with the desired address and  transfer your applications  to that account.

How many applications can I host?

The number of applications you can host on  Square Cloud  depends on your  chosen plan . For example, the  Hobby Plan (2)  allows hosting up to  8 applications , calculated based on the total amount of allocated  RAM . Each project requires a minimum of  256 MB  of memory to run.

What happens if my plan expires?

If your plan expires, your applications are  deleted . Before deletion, the system automatically tries to generate a  snapshot  of each application. You have up to  30 days  to renew your plan and  recover your projects  from those snapshots.

Your application may go  offline  for several reasons, such as: Lack of memory or resources; Code errors; Failures in the startup process; Or violation of Square Cloud's  Terms of Use . How do I upload an application?

To  upload an application , access the  Square Cloud  dashboard and click  “Add new” . You can  drag and drop  your application's files directly into the indicated area or click to select a  .zip file . After upload, the system will automatically start the deployment process.

To access your application's  logs , go to the  Square Cloud dashboard , select the desired application, and click  “Show logs” . Logs allow you to monitor the application's behavior, identify errors, and track performance in real time.

To track your application's  status , access the dashboard, select the desired project, and click the  “Status”  tab. In this section, you can view real-time information on  CPU usage ,  RAM ,  uptime , and other important performance data.

How do I create a workspace?

To create a new  workspace , access the dashboard and go to the  “Workspace”  section. Click  “New workspace”  and enter the desired name. The new workspace will be created instantly, allowing you to  organize and manage team projects . This feature is available for users on the  Standard Plan  or above.

How do I invite a member to my workspace?

To add a new member to your  workspace , ask the person to copy their  account code  (available in the  “My Account”  section). Then go to your  workspace settings , click  “Add new member” , and paste the account code. The new member will be added and can collaborate on shared projects.
