Square Cloud hosts the code you already have: bots, websites, APIs, SaaS and databases, deployed from GitHub, the CLI or an upload.

If you are looking for a website builder, email hosting or one-click WordPress, it isn't the right tool, and that's fine: pick a service built for that.

It depends on the stage of your project:

• Hobby — ideal for students, MVPs, and personal projects. Start validating ideas at a very low cost.
• Standard (most popular) — perfect for growing bots, professional websites, and small APIs. Includes a custom domain, high-performance database hosting, and full workspace access.
• Pro — for production products, high-availability applications, and teams that need daily snapshots, detailed HTTP logs, and priority support.
• Enterprise — dedicated infrastructure with high availability, priority support, and reserved compute capacity for companies with mission-critical operations.

If you're unsure, start with Standard: it covers most use cases, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time without losing the time you've already paid for.

The number of applications you can host on Square Cloud depends on your chosen plan.

For example, the Hobby Plan (2) allows hosting up to 8 applications, calculated based on the total amount of allocated RAM. Each project requires a minimum of 256 MB of memory to run.

Yes. To move up, open the plans page and pick the new option. To move down, go to Account → Billing in the dashboard.

On upgrades, what changes is the amount charged: with 14 days or more remaining on your current plan, you pay only the prorated difference and the renewal date is preserved; with fewer than 14 days, you purchase the new plan for its full cycle and the remaining time is converted into extra days. On downgrades, the plan changes right away and the expiry date is kept; there is no credit for the difference.

To upgrade your plan, access the dashboard and click “Upgrade”. The system will display the available options and guide you through the update process.

After payment confirmation, the new plan will be activated immediately, and the additional resources will be available for your applications.

The amount charged depends on how much time is left on your current plan: with 14 days or more remaining, you pay only the prorated difference and your renewal date is preserved. With fewer than 14 days left, you purchase the new plan for its full cycle, and the remaining time from your current plan is converted into extra days on the new plan.

If your plan expires, your applications go offline, but you have up to 30 days to renew and recover your projects.

Before anything is deleted, the system automatically generates a snapshot of each application; renew within that window and you can restore your projects from those snapshots.

We accept the main payment methods for your convenience: PIX (with immediate confirmation) and credit card (domestic and international).

With credit card, billing is recurring: your plan renews automatically each cycle with no manual action, and to turn auto-renewal off you just remove the saved card under Account → Billing. PIX is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal — you renew manually each cycle.

No lock-in: to stop future charges, remove the saved card under Account → Billing. PIX payments never renew automatically.

A full refund applies only to your account's first purchase, as long as it is requested within 7 days at finance@squarecloud.app (right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).

Renewals, upgrades, downgrades and plan changes continue the same contract and are not refundable, not even partially. After the 7 days, amounts paid are also non-refundable, as we operate on a prepaid model.

Auto-restart is a feature that helps keep your project highly available. If your application goes offline due to code errors, it will be automatically restarted by our servers.
