Yes. You can change your plan at any time by accessing the plans page and selecting the new desired option. The change is quick and transparent , allowing you to adjust resources according to your project's needs.

How does the auto-restart feature work?

Auto-restart is a feature that ensures high availability for your project. If your application goes offline due to code errors, it will be automatically restarted by our servers. This feature prevents prolonged interruptions, reduces the impact of unexpected failures, and keeps your service stable and reliable for users.

Enterprise Fast Storage from Square Cloud uses enterprise-grade Samsung NVMEs to offer speed, reliability, and security in data access. This technology ensures that your project's information is always available, with high read and write performance, ideal for applications that require quick response and constant stability .

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the main payment methods for your convenience, including PIX (with immediate confirmation), credit card, bank transfer, and other methods via PayPal.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. We offer a full refund for the first payment of a new subscription (without upgrade), as long as it is requested within 7 days of contracting (according to the Consumer Protection Code). This request will undergo a brief internal review to verify appropriate platform use, in accordance with our Terms of Service. After the 7-day period, amounts already paid are non-refundable, as we operate on a pre-paid model.
